Grilled salmon

Serves 2

Tip: Worried about overcooking fish? Heat a cast-iron skillet until it's very hot. Add salmon, skin-side up, and cook a few minutes until the crust seals. Cover with a lid, take off heat and let the fish "carry-over cook" for a few minutes.

  1. Spray cooking spray on one side of salmon fillets.
  2. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  3. Add 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
  4. Spray cooking spray on surface.
  5. Cook for 3 minutes.
  6. Turn 90 degrees.
  7. Cook for another 3 minutes.
  8. Flip the fillets.
  9. Cook for 3 minutes.
  10. Turn 90 degrees.
  11. Cook for another 3 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
