Epidermolysis bullosa is a group of conditions in which injury, heat, or friction makes the skin blister.

Symptoms

Other signs include deformed or lost fingernails and toenails, throat blisters, and thick skin on the palms and soles.

Treatments

Treatments include puncturing the blisters, ointments, and disinfectants. Sometimes, surgery is needed.
